Returns and Refunds
The customer is entitled to withdraw from purchase without cause within 14 days from delivery.
If you the customer decides to cancel the order within the 14 day cool-off period, the cost of plants/merchandise shall be returned to you once all items are returned and meet the conditions set out below.
Returned goods must be in original condition, unless they have perished.
Photo proof of perished plants will be required to issue a refund.
Cacti Ireland will only refund money for the goods purchased and not packaging and postage fees.
Money will be returned via the payment method that the customer initially chosen, unless the customer requires a different refund method. If this is the case Cacti Ireland would need to be notified.
Delivery
Cacti Ireland aim to deliver your parcel within 2 working days in the Republic of Ireland. The 2 working days start the day after the item was purchased. Cacti Ireland aim to deliver parcels to Northern Ireland within 3 to 5 working days. The 3 working days start the day after the item was purchased.
Cacti Ireland unfortunately can’t control the exact time frame of delivery so please do understand that there may be delays in rare cases.
Cacti Ireland will also provide you with a tracking number as soon as your parcel has been packed and this will be sent via email or alternatively you will be able to view this by logging into your account.
Cacti Irelands current cost of shipping to the Republic of Ireland is €9 inclusive of VAT and has a limit of up to 10kg. Anything over this weight may be chargeable but Cacti Ireland will try it’s best to accommodate large orders. For our heavier items that may not be able to be shipped, Cacti Ireland may deliver these or they may have another courier service deliver these items.
Cacti Ireland currently use An Post for all shipments due to the nature of the items being shipped.
