Small disc shaped cactus that grow in a very restricted area of Argentina. This plant is solitary and rarely offsets. Flowers in summer months June – August.

It is an attractive, low growing cactus with pale yellow/green flowers. This plant has been discovered many years ago, however description of it was lost and therefore many people thought that this plant does not exist at all!

Thelocactus hexaedrophorus is a solitary and quite variable cactus with flattened stems. Flowers are short and wide. Usually glossy white, sometimes pale pink.
