Gymnocalycium cardenasianum is a species of cactus native to Argentina.Like many cacti, Gymnocalycium cardenasianum produces colorful flowers. The flowers are relatively large compared to the size of the plant, usually around 3-5 cm in diameter. They bloom from the apex of the stems and come in shades of pink, purple, or white. The flowering period typically occurs in late spring to early summer.

Description

Gymnocalycium cardenasianum is a species of cactus native to Argentina.Like many cacti, Gymnocalycium cardenasianum produces colorful flowers. The flowers are relatively large compared to the size of the plant, usually around 3-5 cm in diameter. They bloom from the apex of the stems and come in shades of pink, purple, or white. Soil: Very well drained, non organic soil.

Watering: Once a week in summer time, no water in winter.

Sun exposure: Direct sunlight, but can tolerate shade.
