Description
Gymnocalycium cardenasianum is a species of cactus native to Argentina.Like many cacti, Gymnocalycium cardenasianum produces colorful flowers. The flowers are relatively large compared to the size of the plant, usually around 3-5 cm in diameter. They bloom from the apex of the stems and come in shades of pink, purple, or white. The flowering period typically occurs in late spring to early summer.
Soil: Very well drained, non organic soil.
Watering: Once a week in summer time, no water in winter.
Sun exposure: Direct sunlight, but can tolerate shade.
