Description
Ariocarpus Kotschoubeyanus is a type of small, slow-growing cactus with unique and intriguing characteristics. Ariocarpus kotschoubeyanus is a slow grower, and it can take many years for them to reach a noticeable size. The southerly form ( known as A. kotschoubeyanus var. elephantendens) are much larger with larger, highly textured, triangulate tubercles, and a deep purple flower with little or no white colouring.
Soil: Very well drained, non organic soil.
Watering: Once a week in summer time, no water in winter.
Sun exposure: Direct sunlight, but can tolerate shade.
