Eriosyce Recondita
Eriosyce recondita is endemic to Chile, where it occurs in the region of Antofagasta in Morro Moreno and Quebrada la Chimba in the close vicinity of Antofagasta. The population seems stable, but the species is scarce. It is known from two localities where it is stable, however the population size is way less than 1,000 individuals.

Neoporteria Rapifera
Eriosyce rapifera typically has a solitary, globular to slightly cylindrical shape. The body is usually dark green to grayish-green and can grow up to 6 inches (15 cm) in height and about 3 to 4 inches (7.5 to 10 cm) in diameter. The cactus has prominent ribs that are deeply furrowed, giving it a rugged appearance.
