Description
Ariocarpus fissuratus is known for its distinctive, rock-like appearance. It has a flattened, low-growing body that can be partially buried in the soil, making it resemble surrounding rocks. The cactus lacks prominent spines and instead has rough, tuberculate (warty) surfaces.
Soil: Very well drained, non organic soil.
Watering: Once a week in summer time, no water in winter.
Sun exposure: Direct sunlight, but can tolerate shade.
