Description
Lobivia formosa, now more commonly classified under the genus Echinopsis, is a beautiful and distinctive cactus species known for its striking flowers and compact growth form. The cactus blooms in late spring to early summer. The flowers emerge from the top of the plant, often one at a time. These plants will bear yellow flower.
Soil: Very well drained, non organic soil.
Watering: Once a week in summer time, no water in winter.
Sun exposure: Direct sunlight, but can tolerate shade.
