Mammillaria prolifera, commonly known as the Texas Nipple Cactus, is a species of cactus native to Mexico and the southwestern United States, particularly Texas. It is a small, clumping cactus known for its cylindrical stems and distinctive nipple-like tubercles.

Soil: Very well drained, non organic soil.
Watering: Once a week in summer time, no water in winter.
Sun exposure: Direct sunlight, but can tolerate shade.
